Keeping our books small and selective allows us to maintain high standards and offer the level of personal attention our clients deserve. We believe that securing opportunities isn’t just about talent—it’s about presence, preparation, and having that star quality that makes a lasting impression. Our goal is not just to represent our artists but to champion them, ensuring they are equipped to build long and successful careers.

MEET THE TEAM
ZOE SMITH
Co-Director & Senior Agent
Zoe's career in the entertainment industry began when she left Laines, leaving early at just 17 to join Cats in the role of Electra. By 18, she had already covered multiple roles, including White Cat, Demeter, Rumpleteazer, Jennyanydots and Grizabella—becoming the youngest performer to ever play Grizabella in the westend.
Her West End career flourished as she took on iconic roles such as Rizzo and Marty in Grease, Cassie/Maggie in A Chorus Line, and both Stephanie and Annette in Saturday Night Fever. She later joined Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, where she covered the role of the Narrator, before stepping away from performing full-time to start a family. Alongside her musical theatre credits, Zoe has also appeared in Enron, Chess, and The Rat Pack.
Transitioning into choreography and creative direction, Zoe returned as Assistant Resident Director & Dance Captain for Cats. She later joined the audition teams for Disney Parks, where she met Alex, and together they decided to channel their industry expertise into creating D-Talent Agency.
Zoe has a remarkable ability to bring out the best in every performer she works with. She takes a hands-on approach, offering personalised coaching to refine self-tapes, polish audition routines, and ensure each client is showcasing their full potential. Passionate and meticulous, Zoe is always pushing performers to achieve their very best, making her an invaluable part of D-Talent’s nurturing and supportive ethos.

ALEX HENRY
Co-Director & Talent Agent
Alex is best known for his role on E4 and Netflix’s Body Fixers, where he starred as a wig and makeup artist and presenter, transforming clients with his expert skills in wigs, hair, makeup and tv personality. But before stepping into the world of makeup and wigs, Alex began his career as a performer, training at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts.
Upon graduating, he landed a role in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, where he fell in love with TV and film. While living in Chelsea, Alex also appeared in the original pilot of Made in Chelsea, featuring in the first season alongside his best friend and fellow Italia Conti graduate, Funda. His screen career continued with featured roles in Hex (Sky One), Footballers’ Wives, and Sugar Rush.
In 2006, Alex auditioned to be a dancer in a show at Disneyland Paris, which unexpectedly sparked his passion for backstage work, particularly in wigs, hair, and makeup. He trained as a cosmetologist and wig artist for Disney, eventually working all over the world on the Disney parks auditions team. His expertise later led to opportunities with Lapland UK, where he designed and created all the makeup looks for their immersive productions.
Alex’s talent for transformation caught the attention of Channel 4, leading to his casting on Body Fixers, where he appeared for two successful seasons before being picked up by Netflix for a third. He also featured on Gogglebox as part of the Body Fixers team, travelling the UK. With his extensive knowledge of casting on stage and work behind the curtain, he has built up a contact sheet as long as your arm.
Over the years, Alex has built an extensive network across TV, film, and casting, working closely with industry professionals to help emerging and established talent find their perfect fit. As the approachable and hands-on agent at D-Talent, he offers expert career advice, ensuring each performer is pushed in the right direction and positioned for success. Whether refining an audition look, strategizing the next career move, or advocating for his clients, Alex is dedicated to bringing out the best in every performer he represents.
